Terms of use

Localist helps you discover home and auto service providers. Public listings do not imply endorsement, verified licensing, or a booking partnership. Confirm pricing, credentials, service coverage, and appointment details directly with the provider.

On-site bookings are requests until a verified business representative confirms them. Businesses must activate booking intake. Online payments are not enabled. Demo listings are fictional and clearly marked.

Use the site responsibly. Do not submit misleading business claims, fraudulent offers, or sensitive payment information. See our privacy policy for how information is handled.

Localist customer reviews are optional public accounts of completed bookings. Submit an honest description of your own experience, including favorable or unfavorable feedback. Do not include private contact information, payment details, threats, or unrelated content. Localist reviews do not change the Google/Yelp rating. Service completion and direct payment are recorded by the business and acknowledged by the customer; they are not independently verified by Localist.
